Welcome to our Clinic. We hope you find your experience here at Aesthetic Derma Clinic meets your expectations. Please read our Cancellation Policy to help us achieve a consistently high standard.

Skin clinic: Holding Fee of £25 (time/treatment dependant) will be taken to confirm your appointment, this is then deducted from any in-clinic treatments.

A cancellation fee of 50% of the holding fee will be charged for cancellations within 24-48 hours of appointment time.

If a minimum of 24 hours notice has not been given for cancellation of a treatment which is part of a course, this session will be deducted without refund.

Failure to attend your appointment without notification will result in full loss of your holding fee and any further appointment will only be booked on payment of a £50 deposit.

The Clinic aims to accommodate as many people as possible to access our services and provide consultations/appointments as quickly as possible to our existing and new patients.

Patients who fail to attend booked appointments on a regular basis may be refused treatment in the future.

For BTX/dermal filler treatments only: If you cancel or fail to attend your review appointment, we will do our best to offer you a further appointment. However, if more than 3 weeks has elapsed from the time of your initial procedure to the date of the revised review appointment, we may not be able to offer any additional BTX or dermal filler as part of the original treatment fee.
